Fun in the Sun

We spent Saturday celebrating July birthdays with friends by soaking in some rays and splashing in the pool.

Ava is getting braver every time she gets in the water, so I am hoping some swimming classes this fall get her mobile without the aid of a floatation device.


Max on the other hand, has no fear. Surprised? He just jumps in, whether you're ready or not. Water up the nose, no problem, he spits and sputters and then gets right back at it. He's learning to swim this fall as well, whether he wants to or not.



Who's going to all these swim lessons?

Drew (or Drewie Louie as Ava nicknamed him) and Ava spent nap time racing across the pool in assorted pool toys. Notice I said nap time, these kids no longer nap.
